Tellgo App provides eSIM services to users. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
2- Definitions:
Application, User, Services – as defined in the Terms of Use.
3- Terms of Use:
The user must be over 18 years of age and use the App for lawful purposes only.
4- Account Registration:
The user is responsible for the accuracy of their data and the confidentiality of their account.
5- Fees and Payment:
Prices are subject to change, and payments are non-refundable except in specific cases.
6- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation is only possible prior to activation. After activation, refunds are only available in the event of a defect.
7- Intellectual Property Rights:
All content is owned by the Tellgo App. It may not be used without permission.
8- Privacy:
We respect your privacy, and your data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9- Amendments to the Terms:
We reserve the right to amend the Terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of them.

12- Governing Law:
