Refund Policy
Refund policy for purchased packages and balance within Telgo Wallet
Refunds are available for Telgo data packs and recharges purchased through our website or app within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for data packages that have been used or have expired. The cost of data and other Telugu services actually used will not be refunded.
Orders placed after 15 days of purchase will not be processed, except for orders justified based on confirmed technical malfunctions of the TellGo application, which must be notified to TellGo within one hour via info@tellgo.net or the contact form in the TellGo application.
Any refund request will be reviewed within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt. Confirmed refund requests will be made through the same payment method you used to make your purchase.
